The Chevrolet Tavera is a compact MPV produced in Indonesia by Japanese automaker Isuzu Motors and in India by American automaker General Motors sold in ASEAN and Indian markets. It uses the platform of the Isuzu Panther, a diesel-powered multi-purpose vehicle sold in Indonesia. In other markets it is known as the Isuzu AUV, HiLander or Crosswind.
The Chevrolet Tacuma or Rezzo is a Mini MPV produced by South Korean GM Daewoo since 2000. It was designed by Pininfarina and is based on the Daewoo Nubira, a compact car.

In India, this MUV's main competition includes such vehicles like the Toyota Innova, Mahindra Bolero, Tata Sumo, and similar vehicles. Unlike some MUVs like the Fusion (which is based on the Ford Fiesta and also sold in Europe), this MUV is based on a pickup truck, in this case an Isuzu model.
Following the phasing out of Daewoo as a brand in most export markets, the car was rebadged as Chevrolet, retaining either model name depending on the market. Additionally, the Chevrolet Vivant nameplate was introduced for the South African and South American markets.

Isuzu designed the original Tavera, known as the Panther. Chevrolet's version is a consumer-grade version of the Panther, which is more designed for businesses.

The Tacuma comes with 1.6 L Family 1 or 2.0 L Family II straight-4 engines. It is available with a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic. Standard Tacumas have a seating capacity of five, but a seven-seater version was also introduced for the South Korean market. Maximum luggage capacity of the Tacuma is 1425 L.

Recently, because of Chevrolet's marketing of their Indian lineup as "an Indian revolution" (similar to their US marketing campaign), the Tavera is now sold as two models. The original Tavera is still being sold; however more upmarket models in India are now sold as the "Tavera Neo 2".
In Korea, it is called Rezzo. It comes with 2.0 L Family II straight-4 engines and 2.0L E-TEC SOHC LPG(Liquefied petroleum gas) engines. Very few models are sold with a gasoline engine, because gasoline is very expensive in Korea. Therefore most Rezzo's come fitted with an LPG powered engine.

In September the Indian Tavera got a face-lift. The facelift included the front grille and revised interiors.

In India there are 2 versions of the Tavera, the original Tavera, the base model which includes the B1 and B2 trims, and the Tavera neo 2(this version was called simply Tavera neo before the Indian Tavera facelift, and before that Tavera Elite), the normal version which includes the LS-B3, the LS-B4, the LT-L and the high-end SS-D1.

The Chevrolet Tacuma or Rezzo is a Mini MPV produced by South Korean GM Daewoo since 2000. It was designed by Pininfarina and is based on the Daewoo Nubira, a compact car.

Following the phasing out of Daewoo as a brand in most export markets, the car was rebadged as Chevrolet, retaining either model name depending on the market. Additionally, the Chevrolet Vivant nameplate was introduced for the South African and South American markets.

Engines

The Tacuma comes with 1.6 L Family 1 or 2.0 L Family II straight-4 engines. It is available with a five-speed manual transmission or a four-speed automatic. Standard Tacumas have a seating capacity of five, but a seven-seater version was also introduced for the South Korean market. Maximum luggage capacity of the Tacuma is 1425 L.
